On Thursday, 17th of November PYP2 and PYP3 classes, together with first and classes from the national programe, had a special guest.

They had an opportunity to listen to the amuzing stories of Croatian author Željka Horvat Vukelja. She is known for her children books Hrabica, Žinko u školi, Slikopriče, and many more. She added music and acting to her stories and included some of our students in the retelling. 

Mrs. Željka was very interesting and fun to watch, which is not surprising since she was a teacher for many years. At the end of the meeting she gave us the opportunity to ask her questions.  She answered our questions about how she became a writer, why she likes to write, what was the first book she wrote and many others.

We would like to thank her for the wonderful time spent and we sincerely hope that she will come to our school again!
