Students in the PYP make practical connections between their studies and the real world. Students who complete the PYP are well-prepared to undertake the IB Middle Years Programme.
The Programme of Inquiry is balanced across six transdisciplinary themes:
- Who we are
- Where we are in place and time
- How we express ourselves
- How we organize ourselves
- How the world works
- Sharing the planet
Students are encouraged to question and evaluate information, and to learn to combine relevant knowledge, experience and logical thinking to solve problems.
