A visit to the fire station
We are still inquiring into different communities and their important members. After learning about community helpers, we had a chance to visit a fire station and learn more about firefighters!

Spending time outdoors is important. When we are outside our body slows down, helping us feel peaceful and calm.
Inquiry Based Learning
As a part of our 5th Unit of Inquiry Living Things, under the transdisciplinary theme How the World Works, we have mostly focused on developing our research skills.
Performance and project-based learning
Activity-based learning is often project-based or performance-based giving purpose to the work of the students. By involving children in projects, they are practising their organizational, collaborative and time management skills.
