Open Day at the Faculty of Science 2023

On May 5th MYP2 and MYP3 students visited the Open Day at the Faculty of Science. We had a chance to observe scientific experiments, visit the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics laboratories and participate in many interesting demonstrations. All that has proven to us how science could be fun and exciting.

Škola stvaralaštva 'Novigradsko proljeće'

U tjednu od 19. do 25. ožujka u Novigradu u Istri prof. hrvatskoga i učenica MYP-a 1 Karla P. sudjelovale su u Školi stvaralaštva 'Novigradsko proljeće'. Novigradsko proljeće jedinstvena je smotra na kojoj se okupljaju daroviti učenici iz Hrvatske motivirani  za rad u kreativnim radionicama te mentori koji su se istaknuli u svome radu.

Medvednica Eco Action

On March 24th the MYP students went to the Medvednica Nature Park, more preciously to Planina Gornja that is located on the south-eastern hillsides of Medvednica. Our hosts - members of the association ‘Planinska družina’ gave as a warm welcome and prepare for us a variety of outdoor team-building activities. We were especially happy because we met two cute dogs – Lu and Kiki. They were quite curious and socialized easily with us.

Literary and Art Contest on the occasion of the 450th anniversary of the Peasant’s Revolt

On the occasion of the 450th anniversary of the Peasant’s Revolt led by Matija Gubec, the students of the national and IB programme of our school participated in the Literary and Art Contest organised by the Peasants’ Revolt Museum in Gornja Stubica. Many of our students won the awards for their literary, art and video work.

GubeX Enterprise won 3rd place in the country

GubeX Enterprise, a team of the students from our school, won 3rd place in the national finals of the First Lego League robotics competition held on February 18th at Zagreb's Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing.
