Community Project Review 2018/2019
On May 23rd we organised the Community Project Showcase where our MYP3 students informed the public about their service as action and presented their IB Community Projects that they had been working on throughout this school year.
Pag Field Trip
During our three-day field trip from May 15th to 17th we got to know the cultural-historical heritage of the island of Pag, visited the Gligora Cheese Factory, Olive Gardens of Lun and Juraj Dalmatinac Primary School, took bicycle tours in the Novalja fields and participated in the coastal clean-up action and wakeboarding.
Field Trip to Berlin
During our four-day field trip to Berlin from 11th to 14th April we visited many tourist attractions, historical buildings, cool sights, monuments and world-class museums that brought history and culture of Berlin closer to us.
Clean-Up Action at Vukov Dol
As a part of the Service as Action program we organised the Creek Clean-Up Action on March 29th in cooperation with the Public Institution “Nature Park Medvednica” and the Mountain Club.
Soup Kitchen Volunteering
As a part of the Service as Action activity we organised the volunteering program in the Soup Kitchen of the "Missionaries of Charity - Sisters of Mother Teresa”. The turnout has been great – many students signed up to volunteer in the soup kitchen on Tuesdays during the months of March and April.
LIK 2019
Our school has traditionally the pleasure of hosting the Visual Art and Design Exhibition - Contest of the primary and secondary school students of the City of Zagreb. This year’s theme is ”Endangered species in Croatia”.
