Have you ever wondered what fire fighters do when there is no fire or a cat to rescue? When there is no flood or someone stuck in an elevator?
Well, PYP2 collected data about it as well.
Not only that they need to have a healthy diet but they also need to do physical training. Every day! They have a schedule just like we when we go to school. They do training such as running, lifting weights, boxing, judo, basketball, football, you name it. All kinds of sport.
And they say that it is very important to be fit and healthy so they can do their jobs properly. Sometimes people’s lives depend on them. That is why their bodies and minds need to cooperate, be connected at all times, be restful and always ready for a new challenge.
