Dear Students and Parents,

if there are books on your shelves that you finished reading and you believe would be enjoyed in our school library, this is your chance to put them in the right place. 

School libraries never have enough books, and we always look forward to them. That's why we decided to collect books for the school library during the Croatian Book Month.

The campaign lasts from November 8 to 11. During that time students of higher grades can bring collected books directly to the library, and students of lower grades to their homeroom teachers.

To make this action as attractive as possible, 8 students who donate the most books will have the opportunity to participate in The Night in the Library, an event that is remembered by generations of our students. It is as evening with library activities with a real sleep-over.  Also, every student who donates the most books in his class receives a symbolic prize.

Books we collect (if possible, editions not older than 20 years nor damaged):

• YA books, children's books and picture books
• children’s encyclopaedias and non-fiction books 
• comic books and graphic novels (only hardcovers count towards the prize)
