On February 13th the MYP3 students were honoured to watch the opera 'La Traviata' by Giuseppe Verdi in the Croatian National Theatre.

La Traviata is one of the most famous opera. This romantic tragedy coupled with Verdi's unforgettable music and scenes of great power really touched our emotions. In Music and Drama class we learnt about opera, its terminology and key parts, while this theatre visit bridged a gap between the theory and the real power of opera. We really like ‘La Traviata’ and we would recommend to everyone to watch this musical masterpiece.
