Dear Parents and Students,

It is our pleasure to welcome new and returning families to a new school year at Matija Gubec International School. We hope you had a wonderful summer holiday and were able to enjoy special times with your loved ones.

The school year 2024/2025 starts on Monday, 9th September 2024. All PYP and MYP students are scheduled to come to school at 9:20 a.m. The homeroom teachers will meet and assemble the students at the schoolyard (PYP) or the main school entrance (MYP) and lead them to their assigned classrooms where they will have a classroom meeting. The homeroom teachers will provide all information about the class routines and expectations, school curriculum, attendance rules, policies and school supplies. The students will get the schoolbooks, locker key and timetable.
