Mental Health Week

As part of Mental Health Week, PYP4 practiced calming their minds with breathing techniques and explored mindful awareness. This special focus on mental well-being helped them learn how to reframe negative thoughts into positive ones, allowing them to feel more in control and focused. It's a great reminder of how important it is to take care of our mental health, not just this week, but every day!
