This week, our class officially kicked off our Class Savings Project as part of our Unit of Inquiry on wants and needs and how they influence choices and trade.

To start the project, the students created their very own piggy banks using paper mâché! This hands-on activity sparked great discussions about saving, patience, and making thoughtful choices. They were incredibly engaged, creative, and proud of their work.

These piggy banks will remind us that saving is a process and that small contributions can add up to meaningful goals when we work together.
