Stand Up Against Bullying: Pink Shirt Day 2026 in PYP
On February 25th, our school marked Pink Shirt Day or Anti-Bullying Day, a special occasion dedicated to raising awareness about anti-bullying. Students, teachers, and staff wore pink to show their support for those who experience bullying and to promote kindness and inclusion within our community.
As part of the day’s activities, PYP4 students acted out different scenarios, demonstrating both problems and positive ways to resolve them, emphasizing that “the nicer, the better.” In PYP1 and PYP3, students read the story Broken Heart and participated in workshops focused on the importance of using kind words. Meanwhile, PYP2 students practiced kindness in the classroom and engaged in discussions about bullying and how to respond to it in everyday situations.
