Over the summer, our students had a chance to choose their elective reading from books by two wonderful Croatian authors — Sanja Polak and Sanja Pilić.

Back at school, they worked in groups to prepare creative presentations, sharing their favourite books, characters and impressions — and, most importantly, trying to inspire their classmates to read them too!

It was lovely to see how books brought them together, sparked conversations and turned reading into something we could enjoy and share as a class.
