On June 8th, our school community came together to celebrate the achievements of MYP3 students at the Community Project Showcase. Students presented the results of their year-long projects aimed at making a positive impact on our local and wider community. Working in teams, they identified issues they were passionate about, conducted research, planned and implemented meaningful actions, and reflected on the impact of their work.

Throughout the project, students developed essential skills such as collaboration, communication and critical thinking. Their initiatives addressed a wide range of topics, including community well-being, environmental sustainability, social awareness, and support for local organisations. Through their dedication and commitment, students demonstrated the power of taking action to create positive change.

The Community Project is an important milestone in the MYP, providing students with an opportunity to apply their learning in authentic contexts while developing a sense of responsibility and service. The showcase celebrated not only the final outcomes but also the learning, growth, and perseverance demonstrated throughout the process.
