Welcome to the New School Year

Dear PYP Parents and Students,

We would like to extend a warm welcome back to all of our returning students and a warm welcome to our new students. The school year 2020/2021 starts on September 7th .

Earthquake Evacuation Drill

On Monday, 15 June 2020, our safety group "The Bunny Hop" had a presentation about emergency earthquake evacuation and a simulation of an evacuation. A group of young but fierce ladies from PYP1, PYP2 and PYP3 educated themselves first, and then the whole PYP about what to do if an earthquake strikes once again. We had some great discussions about what steps to take in case of an evacuation and how to stay safe.

On the occasion of spring and the upcoming holidays, our dear PYPs are pleased to present their work as a part of French language class.

Transitioning to Online Learning PYP

Dear Students and Parents,

As you all already know, schools in Croatia are being closed from Monday 16th March. We know that you might be having lots of questions, and we will try to answer them as soon as possible. It is a new situation for us, worldwide, but we have already started organizing options for online learning.

We All Smile in the Same Language

This year we decided to celebrate International Mother Language Day a bit differently, by smiling, because we all smile in the same language! Since 2000, on February 21st we tend to promote linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism by celebrating International Language Day.

Our time in Samobor

On the 20th of February the PYP part of our school went to Samobor. About the great time they had wrote Iris (PYP4).
