Alice in Wonderland

We are pretty much sure we all know who we were this morning on the 12th of December 2023, but have we all changed a few times today?, as Alice asks herself...

Over the last month we have jointly worked on the script, casting, rehearsing lines, acting, performing, choreography, sound production and stage production with teacher Barbara, the scenography and costume designing with teacher Ivana, acting performances with teacher Nikolina and singing with teacher Valentina.

Zagreb City Tour 2023: Secret Facts About Zagreb

On November 29th we took a walking tour through the streets of Zagreb for the purpose of learning about interesting cultural-historical sights of the Upper Town and Downtown with a focus on the secret facts on Zagreb. The tour was student-led: the students in question prepared an interesting site-specific lecture ‘Secret Facts about Zagreb’.

Multilingual translation workshop in the Knežija Library

The MYP students, accompanied by the school librarian Ms. Mirna Krajačić and the Geography teacher Ms. Matea Jarić, participated in the multilingual translation workshop that was organised within the Croatian Book Month on 15th November 2023 in the Knežija Library.

International Community Day 2023

On 9th of November all students, teachers and parents celebrated together our traditional International Community Day. The students and parents hosted beautifully decorated stalls with displays, food and music showcasing the richness of cultural differences amongst the school population.

Interliber visit

On November 10th seven MYP3 students, accompanied by the school librarian Ms. Mirna Krajačić and the Croatian teacher Ms. Mirjana Blažičko, visited the largest literary event in Croatia - Interliber.

MYP2 and MYP3 Field Trip to the Neretva Valley and Southern Dalmatia

From October 24th until 27th we went on a four-day field trip to the Neretva Valley and Southern Dalmatia. During our four-day field trip we visited the Alka of Sinj Museum and Narona Archaeological Museum, enjoyed picking tangerines and riding in traditional vessels in the Neretva River Valley, took a walking tour of the Ston Walls from Ston to Mali Ston and visited the Knin Fortress.
